Pitamber Dutt has been named captain of the Delhi Secretariat Team that has been selected to participate in the All India Civil Services cricket tournament 2010-2011 which is to be held at Panchkula(Haryana) from 23rd November to 28th November. Sachdeva Public School,Pitam Pura edged out New Green Field School,Saket by a 44-42 margin in the boys section of the 16th Ramjas Inter School basketball tournament. In other matches Mont Fort School,Ashok Vihar beat Army School Dhaula Kuan 56-48,Army Public School beat Sachdeva Public School 55-44 and Mont Fort School,Ashok Vihar beat New Green Field School,Saket by 55-25. In the girls section Mont Fort School,Ashok Vihar beat DPS,Mathura road by 53-18,Bal Bharti School,Pitam Pura beat Mother’s International by 38-32 while Mont Fort,Ashok Vihar trounced Mother’s International School 26-9

Jatin slams century

Jatin Dalal (123 n.o) hit an unbeaten century studded with 20 fours and two sixes and his knock along with contributions from Manpreet Singh (46) and Rohit Kumar (3/15) helped Ayur XI crush East Delhi Academy by 193 runs in the 1st Delhi Champion League cricket tournament underway at the Rohni Sports Complex.
