The CBI has filed a chargesheet against the proprietor of a Delhi-based private company for duping the Archaeological Survey of India of over Rs 27 lakh. The proprietor,Kundan Rai of AKT Care India Technology Pvt Ltd,was accused of securing an ASI contract by submitting forged tenders on behalf of two other firms and supplying sub-standard material,said a CBI spokesperson.

The chargesheet was filed in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in Tis Hazari Court under various sections of the IPC.
