Nirmala Sitharaman.
Claiming that the AAP has not answered the five questions posed to it on Thursday, senior BJP leader Nirmala Sitharaman said the BJP is going to ask five questions to the AAP every day till polls.
On Friday, the first question to the AAP was related to its “anti-national activities”.
“AAP leader Prashant Bhushan says Kashmir may be allowed to secede to Pakistan. Another AAP leader Yogendra Yadav says Article 370 should be applicable to other states also. Kejriwal questions the sacrifice of inspector Mohan Chand Sharma, who died during the Batla House encounter, in the same way that Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani insulted the sacrifice of Col M N Rai. Why are AAP leaders talking like the separatists? Is this why a phone campaign was initiated in support of the AAP from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Dubai?” Sitharaman said.
The second is related to the non-declaration of the AAP’s finances for the 2014 Lok Sabha polls on the Election Commission. The third demands clarification from the AAP for being an “anti-women” party. “All women leaders have left the AAP and joined the BJP,” Sitharaman said. The fourth question was on the AAP’s “lack of respect” for institutions.
The fifth question was on why Kejriwal allowed the Congress to dilute the strong Uttarakhand Lokayukta Act passed by the BJP.
