Separated by a wall that stands between them,a group of children shake hands through windows that are the size of pigeonholes. The location of the photograph suspended on a false wall at Delhis Select Citywalk atrium remains undisclosed, but the Chanden Dey shot impressed actor Rahul Bose. I dont know where these kids are. I dont know whats going on. But there is something unsettling about it, said Bose,as he inaugurated the exhibition featuring 40 photographs shortlised for National Geographic Channels Moment Awards, announced in May. The channel received close to 65,000 entries. Shortlisted to 500 by a jury comprising photography experts, the photographs were further filtered down to 40 through online voting on Facebook. The frames included a lioness nuzzling her sleeping cub, thirsty street urchins quenching their thirst with tap water and a sail boat on placid water. The contestants are now waiting for the results, that will be announced in the first week of August. The winner will get a Nikon D300S camera and an opportunity to intern with renowned Nat Geo photographer,Steve Winters.
