Six men and as many women will represent India in the four-day 19th Senior Asian Taekwondo Championship at Astana,Kazakhstan from tomorrow.

Six men and as many women will represent India in the four-day 19th Senior Asian Taekwondo Championship at Astana,Kazakhstan from tomorrow. The squad has been cleared by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports,a press release from Taekwondo Federation of India said.

Squad:

Men: Sunil Kumar (Haryana) — Fin weight; Surendra Bhandari (Assam) — Bantam; Chandan Lakra (Goa) — Feather; Jasvant (MP) — Light; Anand Pandia Rajan (Goa) — Welter; Sandip Kundu (Jharkhand) — Heavy; Coach: Goutam Singh Virdi. Women: Shraddha Dixit (UP) — Fly; Latika Bhandari (MP) — Bantam; Arti Kakal (MP) — Feather; Srishti Singh (UP) — Light; Lalsangzuali (Mizoram) — Welter; Srilakshmi Kamineni (Jharkhand) – Heavy; Coach: R K Haripiyari Devi.
