Youth Congress holds talent hunt

Chandigarh Territorial Youth Congress conducted a talent hunt for residents aged between 18 and 35 years at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan Sector 35 on Sunday.

Chandigarh Territorial Youth Congress (CTYC) conducted a talent hunt for residents aged between 18 and 35 years at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan Sector 35 on Sunday.

Around 200 people participated in the event. The candidates will be shortlisted for the AAKS (Aam Admi Ka Sipahi) programme of Rahul Gandhi and the rest of them will be given the membership of the Youth Congress.

Apart from making people aware about the various schemes started by the Government like the Right to Information Act,NREGA,mid-day meal scheme,old age pension,widow pension and Sarv Shiksha Abhiyaan,they AAKS will also help them avail the benefits of the schemes.

President of the city unit of the Chandigarh Territorial Youth Congress H S Lucky said that CTYC will start the membership drive soon.
