The verdict is out,and Jaipur’s Babu Lal Saini has been voted as India’s is India’s best Car Mechanic at the Castrol Golden Spanner Awards 2009. He has emerged winner after beating 16 other finalists from across India. Saini also takes home a miniature gold model of a car as a grand prize.
