He shares with host Farah Khan how he had lost his confidence when he began shooting for Vivaah,till Sooraj Barjatiya gave him a pep talk. “There’s only one thing that can take you ahead and that’s talent and you have that in you,he said. I wasn’t convinced much,but still gave a shot and it worked! I realised that I know my trade,and all I needed to do was focus on my work. Those months were the turning point of my life. But the most difficult phase was after Vivaah was a superhit,I was at home for six months without work! Two months saw Aakashh Deep Saigal,Aman Yatan Verma,Anaida,Fiza Chand,Chetan Hansraj,Marc Robinson,Shweta Tiwari,Mona Vasu,Palak (Gurmeet Kaur) and IshQ Bector along with the wild card entries Negar Khan,Mika Singh,Chitrashi Rawat,Jay Bhanushali and even a guest star Kashmera Shah battle out,survive extreme conditions,eat meager food and perform difficult tasks for surviving in the jungle. The show has witnessed walkouts,cat fights and some great friendships and bonding between Akashh,Chetan and Marc and Mona and Anaida.
