order on MLA’s bail plea today

A lower court on Monday reserved its orders on a bail application,filed by Himachal Pradesh Ram Kumar Chaudhary,for Tuesday. Chaudhary is the main accused in the murder of 24-year-old Hoshiarpur girl,Jyoti Kumari. After hearing arguments by the prosecution and defence,Chief Judical Magistrate,Bhawna Jain,reserved her orders for Tuesday. Counsel for the accused,A S Sukhija,argued that the prosecution has admitted that challan is incomplete.
