Now,Panchkula to settle disputes at women’s cell,HC mediation centre

Residents can now settle family disputes either at Panchkula’s women cell or the Punjab and Haryana High Court’s mediation centre as the Panchkula police has now decided to issue written notices to those who send their complaints to the High Court’s mediation centre. No complaint was being sent to the HC’s mediation centre from Panchkula though similar complaints were being received from Mohali and Chandigarh. It was resolved in a meeting of the Mediation and Conciliation Committee of the High Court (HC) in January 19, that family disputes should be sent to mediation centre for amicable solution.
