IPS officer’s books released

Aathwan Samandar is a collection of stories while Nirantar contains articles written by Singh. Criminology,Penology and Victimology,which is co-authored by Singh’s wife Dipa Singh,throws light on criminal justice and other wider aspects of crime and punishment. Singh’s stories expose the inherent vulnerability of the bureaucracy and the system surrounding the bureaucrats. Om Thanvi,Executive Editor,Jansatta released the books and praised the author for his versatile style of writing in both the languages.
