Institute slams physicians

Perhaps for the first time,the PGI Administration after having failed to negotiate with the resident doctors,who were determined to go on protest since Monday despite the PGI authorities going soft on them,condemned the action of the Association of Resident Doctors (ARDs) to proceed on mass casual leave (CL),disrupting hospital services and denting the image of PGI.

Perhaps for the first time,the PGI Administration after having failed to negotiate with the resident doctors,who were determined to go on protest since Monday despite the PGI authorities going soft on them,condemned the action of the Association of Resident Doctors (ARDs) to proceed on mass casual leave (CL),disrupting hospital services and denting the image of PGI.

A press statement issued by the authorities stated,Despite the fact that the administration had taken immediate action,the resident doctors have gone on mass casual leave affecting patient care services.
