CHANDIGARH:
The second phase of CAT scheduled for January 30 and January 31 passed off without any glitches as more than 150 students took the entrance examination. In the exam held last year,these students had complained about the user name not registered with the IIM,others had wrong details furnished in the admit card which made them ineligible.

115 cement bags confiscated,govt contractor held
Ambala:
A private contractor misusing the Haryana Police Corporation (Civil) cement which was meant for the construction of drains and streets was arrested by the Ambala Sadar police on Sunday. The police also recovered 115 cement bags sold in open market. The confiscated cement was issued in the name of contractor Karamjit Verma,who is undertaking the construction work at Mullana police station.
