Punjabi playwright Atamjit Singhs latest production,Main Taan Ik Saarangi Haan,was st aged at Delhis Shri Ram Auditorium on Wednesday evening. The story moves unconventionally backwards. If it wasnt for a warning prior to the show,it would have been hard to grapple with the brilliant play of time. The play revolves around the life of three single ladies and is set in the future. It moves from menopause to menarche,the moments in a womans life,which largely determine and undermine her choices, Singh said. Saarangi is a part of the Festival of Performing Arts featuring the works of Sangeet Natak Akademi Awards 2010 recipients.
