Just like there’s an alternate way of healing,” says tarot card Reader and Wiccan Renu Mathur,as she spoke about the ‘Scandinavian method of divination,Rune Casting’,a method that she claims cures mental and physical ailments. Showcasing 25 crystals with symbols,“these can be used as a guiding tool to mitigate human sufferings,” says the lady at Chandigarh Press Club,this time launching ‘Renu Mathur’s Mystic Tarot Deck’ “that show that the 78 cards are not only meant for Divination but can also be used for students learning,” she displays and explains medicinal values of crystals.

“Usually people use crystals to deck their houses. But they are not aware of its medicinal values. I come from a medical background,as both my parents were doctors and I can assure you that they have medicinal value,” says Renu,who has done Masters in Nutrition and has been a gold medalist throughout. She says while some crystals solve day to day problems,others help in stabilizing relationships and marriages. “Malachite,for instance,is used for cramps,arthritis,epilepsy,bacterial infection and facilitates childbirth and Labradorite can be used to heal high blood pressure,gout,premenstrual tension and rheumatism,” explains Renu.
