Khushpreet murder: HC notice to Punjab,Haryana,Chandigarh

Chandigarh: A division bench comprising acting Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice Augustine George Masih of the Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notices to Chandigarh Administration and the States of Punjab and Haryana on a public interest litigation (PIL) demanding a probe into the murder of Khushpreet Singh by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
