Ishkq in Paris

She’s not new to the world of styling for films but this time around designer Surily Goel is anxious. Actor Preity Zinta’s much anticipated Ishkq in Paris has been in the making for a while now. “Preity is always a delight to work with since she is very confident about fashion. We are both eager to see the film hit the screens soon,” says Goel, who has also styled the actor in some of her previous films such as Salaam Namaste,Jaan-e-mann and The Last Lear. Working on Ishkq in Paris, admits Goel, was both fun as well as challenging. “Paris is undoubtedly the fashion capital of the world and since Preity plays a girl from the city,so we had to be realistic with the look,” she explains. Filmed in the winters,Zinta’s look involves a lot of layering and winterwear, adds Goel, who has recently styled cricketers Gautam Gambhir,Rohit Sharma,Shikhar Dhawan along with former players Ravi Shastri and Billy Bowden for a television commercial. “It’s a first for me and the energy was infectious,” she says.
