VHP,RSS start reading Hanuman Chalisa

Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh have planned a series of religious programmes,like Ramdhun and Hanuman Chalisa,across Gujarat ahead of the court verdict on the Ayodhya dispute,scheduled for September 24.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) have planned a series of religious programmes,like Ramdhun and Hanuman Chalisa,across Gujarat ahead of the court verdict on the Ayodhya dispute,scheduled for September 24.

VHP vice-president and in-charge of south Gujarat,Hukum Chand Sawla,visited Surat on Saturday and participated in one such programme at Maheshwari Hall in the Citylight area.

The programme was held under the banner of Hanuman Shakti Jagran Samithi.

Sawla said that during the Maha Kumbh mela organised in Haridwar,Sant Uttaradhikar Samithi had decided to construct a Ram temple in Ayodhya.

In Ahmedabad,VHP and RSS will conduct 1,008 Hanuman Chalisa paaths for construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya.

Akhileshdasji of VHP said such programmes are being held across the state and the main function would be held at Gopaldasji Ram Mandir Chowk in the Saraspur area.
