Body floated to highlight misuse of CBI in state
RAJKOT: A group of people from different walks of life have come together to float a non-political body to highlight the alleged misuse of the CBI in the state by the UPA government. City-based criminal lawyer Abhay Bhardwaj has been appointed its convenor. The body plans to organise agitations across Gujarat to highlight CBIs actions in the case. Besides,a Public Interest Litigation will soon be filed in the Supreme Court over some constitutional issues related to CBIs action,Bhardwaj said. The Constitution has given some rights and power to states. No one has the power to go against the Constitution. But this provision has been ignored in the case of Gujarat.
