Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Wednesday met journalists in an “informal” meeting at the committee room of the Chief Minister’s Office on the third floor of Swarnim Sankul I inside the new secretariat in Gandhinagar.

The mediapersons were formally invited by the state information department for the “informal meeting”.

At the meeting, the CM avoided commenting on most of the questions related to official or political issues of Gujarat stating that the meeting was an informal one. He added that the meeting’s purpose was to meet journalists and listen to their issues.

The CM also said he could probably meet media persons in this manner once a month.
