VB fails to file challan on time,Garg gets bail

With the Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) failing to file a chargesheet within the stipulated 90 days,former Patiala deputy commissioner Vikas Garg was granted bail in a Rs 250 crore land scam case on Friday.
