Tiger 3, the fifth installment in the YRF Spy Universe, is a 2023 Hindi-language action thriller directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra. Starring Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Emraan Hashmi, the film serves as a circumquel to Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai, unfolding after the events of War and Pathaan. The narrative explores the deepening bond between Tiger and Zoya as they confront Aatish Rehman, a rogue ISI agent, who plans a coup against the Pakistani government with devastating consequences for India. Principal photography spanned locations including Delhi, Mumbai, Istanbul, Saint Petersburg, and Vienna, beginning in March 2021. Pritam composed the soundtrack, while Tanuj Tiku scored the film. Produced on a budget of 300 crore, Tiger 3 is among the most expensive Indian films ever made. Released on November 12, 2023, coinciding with Diwali, the film was showcased in various premium formats. Critical reception was mixed, with praise directed towards the action sequences, music, technical aspects, and performances, particularly those of Khan, Kaif, and Hashmi.
