Missing labourers family to approach High court

The family members of a factory worker,who has allegedly been missing since the Shital Fibres building collapse on April 15,have now threatened to move the Punjab and Haryana High Court over his disappearance if the district administration failed to locate him.

To expedite the inquiry into the Shital Fibres collapse,which killed 23 poor labourer and left over 60 injured,the Patiala Divisional Commissioner S R Ladhar,who has been given additional charge of Jalandhar,has summoned records of the collapsed building from the Punjab Small Industries and Exports Corporation regarding its allotment,registration,export license and electricity connection.
