Former Kerala minister K T Jaleel had in a Facebook post referred to Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK) as “Azad Kashmir”, triggering a row. The court held that the comments can be "called the opinion of the author... and thus protected by the fundamental freedom of article 19."
