Former Youth Congress chief and ex-Congress MLA Jasbir Singh Dimpa,on Sunday,said the Congress was exploring the option of filing a PIL seeking the cancellation of the Municipal Corporation polls,especially in Amritsar,following comments by BJP MP Navjot Singh Sidhu that unfair means including hooliganism had been undertaken by SAD during the polls.
