Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Narinder Chauhan on Thursday said that campaigning for the November 4 polls in Himachal Pradesh will end on Friday and all political functionaries,party workers and functionaries,who have been brought from outside the constituency and are not voters,should leave by 5 pm.

The Election Commission (EC) has decided to keep a close eye on the the Kullu Dussehra festival,set to begin at the historic Dhalpur ground on October 24,to prevent major political players,particularly the Himachal Lokhit Party (HLP),from using the festival to woo voters.
