New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): TRAI Chairman RS Sharma on Tuesday rubbished the statement of telecom companies that the drive test conducted was wrong. He said they have not conducted the test for the first time, adding it has been done objectively. Sharma added that the decision taken on free basics was taken sometimes ago. He added the consultation on regulations is just similar to reviewing the old laws to see whether they are still relevant or not.
