Rs 10-crore illegal foreign liquor racket: Canter driver arrested in Gurgaon; third arrest in the case

Officials recovered 3,921 cases and 176 loose bottles of foreign liquor without holograms and track-and-trace strips from two rooms. A case was registered under relevant sections of the Excise Act at Sector-40 police station.
