Dulal Chandra Goswami is a prominent political leader from Bihar and a member of the Janata Dal United party. He is the incumbent Member of the Parliament from Bihar’s Katihar Lok Sabha constituency. He was born on October 8, 1967, in Karimganj, Katihar, Bihar.

His political career started at the local level. He became involved in local politics and made a name for himself as a leader who was dedicated to helping his neighbourhood. His commitment and knowledge of regional concerns inspired him to run for the Lok Sabha seat from Katihar in 2019.

The Lok Sabha elections of 2019 were a pivotal moment in his career. He overthrew the sitting Member of Parliament and won a seat for the first time in the Indian Parliament's lower house.
