Dhanush M Kumar biography

Dhanush M. Kumar is a political leader from Tamil Nadu and a member of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam. He is the incumbent Member of Parliament from Erode constituency. He was born on August 31, 1975, in Rajyapalam, Tamil Nadu, to his parents, Dhanushkodi K and Inrani D.

He obtained an L.L.B. from Dr. R.M.L. College of Law in Bangalore in 2013 after completing his M.S. in NGO Management at Madurai Kamarajar University in 2005.

He made his first electoral appearance in 2019 when he contested and won the 17th Lok Sabha elections from the Tenkasi constituency as a representative of DMK after defeating his closest opponent by a significant margin of over one lakh votes.

In 2021, a youth from his constituency alleged the MP was missing and asked him to visit his village. The DMK MP obliged his constituent’s request and visited him with a box of sweets and also promised to fulfil his promises as soon as possible.
