Accused out on bail should not be allowed to meet inmates: HC

Expressing strong concern over safety of inmates of Apna Ghar,Rohtak,the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Wednesday ordered that Bhim Singh Ranga and other accused,who were out on bail,should not be allowed anywhere near the children.

Taking into account the seriousness of the case pertaining to alleged sexual exploitation of children at Rohtak shelter home,the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Wednesday,set a weeks deadline for the Ministry of Personnel to decide on Haryana governments recommendations for a CBI probe into the scandal.
