The father of a 10-year-old-boy recently killed by unknown suspects at a well-known hotel in Puerto Rico has been charged with illegal possession of a machine gun. The US Attorney's Office identified the man as Jose Romero Bonilla. He and another man were seriously injured in the July 4 shooting at the pool of the Hotel Caribe Hilton in San Juan.
