Micromax Canvas Mega 2 has been launched with a 6-inch qHD display at Rs 7,999. The Canvas Mega 2 is an effort by Micromax to consolidate its portfolio in the phablet segment.
Micromax Canvas Mega 2, powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor is part of Canvas Mega range. Micromax says it has a market share of over 15 percent in the phablet segment.

Micromax Canvas Mega 2 comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage further expandable up to 32GB. The smartphone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and supports Bluetooth 4.0 technology.
Micromax Canvas Mega 2 sports a 8MP rear camera with autofocus and a 5MP fixed focus front camera. The phablet is backed by a 3,000mAh battery.
