Priyanka Chopra has been winning accolades for her portrayal of boxing champion Mary Kom.

Priyanka Chopra who has been winning accolades for her portrayal of boxing champion Mary Kom has now been approached to play another real-life achiever.
If the actor gives the nod, she may reprise the role of retired police officer Kiran Bedi who was India’s first and highest ranking police officer and served in various capacities as New Delhi traffic postings, Deputy Inspector General of Police in Mizoram, Director General of Narcotics Control Bureau besides others.
The news that the actress has been approached was confirmed by her spokesperson. Director Soham Shah (who made Luck in 2009, and Kaal in 2005) will reportedly helm the project.
