Director Om Sai Prakash says his upcoming Telugu-Kannada bilingual ‘Janmasthanam’, about the problems women are facing today in the society, will appeal to women audiences in particular as he feels they will easily connect with the story.

“I want to make audiences, especially women, introspect through this film. It’s a social drama about different problems faced by women told from the perspective of men. Sai Kumar is playing a very important role and he’s going appeal to audiences with his performance,” Om Sai told IANS.

“Since Sai Kumar is a popular face in Kannada, we decided to make it as a bilingual. We are currently in post-production and are planning to release soon,” he added.

Produced by K. Rayanna, the film also features Krishna Chandra, Shama Singh, Ranganath and Tanikella Bharani in important roles.
