The ‘Not Fair’ hitmaker, who has daughters Ethel and Marnie with husband Sam Cooper, said socialising without alcohol is difficult, reported Contactmusic.

“I haven’t had a drink for a month. It’s been hard not drinking but I’m trying to grow up. Finally,” she said.

Allen has previously admitted Cooper, who she met in 2009, helped her curb her wild partying.

“I never used to remember. I used to wake up and wonder what happened last night. I just couldn’t remember. Then Sam came along and he said, ‘I really fancy you and I want to be with you.’ I said to him, ‘If I give all this stuff up, I need to know you are going to make a commitment to me and you’ll look after me because this is how I cope’,” she had said.
