Why Sohail Khan feels Huma Qureshi cannot be the poster girl of CCL this season

When Sohail Khan was asked today about Huma’s absence from CCL, the actor asked scribe who asked the question to stand up and after taking a good look at him remarked, ‘Lovely’.

Huma Qureshi’s absence from this season’s CCL has raised quizzing eyebrows especially in the aftermath of news about her alleged link up with Sohail Khan making it to the papers. To put speculations to rest Huma even tweeted saying Sohail is like a brother to her.

When Sohail Khan was asked today about Huma’s absence from CCL, the actor asked scribe who asked the question to stand up and after taking a good look at him remarked, ‘Lovely’. Speaking about Huma’s absence from the league this time, Sohail said, “Unfortunately, she can’t be a part of this season because we don’t have her dates. So, she won’t be the poster girl of CCL this year. But her brother would be playing for us. We can’t afford a lot of brand ambassadors. But we got Kriti this year.”

Sohail also revealed that Salman Khan would be attending one of the games in Ahmedabad on January 30 and if his team Mumbai Heroes were to reach the semifinal or final, the superstar would make time to attend the event.
