The lead actor of Dibakar Banerjee’s forthcoming, ‘Detective Bymokesh Bakshy!’, Sushant Singh Rajput was in Delhi last week for the film’s promotions.
The actor, who always had an interest in History, had his heart set on attending a lecture on the subject at the Delhi University. He had heard that it had the best History department with excellent teachers.
However, due to the sudden strike at Delhi University, Sushant was unable to attend the lecture. He was looking forward to going back to college and interacting with the students.
“Really was looking forward to a history class with the students. But I guess in forty three there were strikes in Delhi colleges as well! Against the British. History is repeating itself,” says Dibakar Banerjee.
