Rahul Gandhi, during his campaign for the Bihar elections, criticized the government for giving control of major institutions to only 10% of the population. He promised a better future for marginalized groups and farmers if the INDIA bloc wins. Tejashwi Yadav of the RJD also pledged bonuses for farmers and representation for PACS and Vyapar Mand leaders.
