Lava X50 was launched in July 2016 and this is 4G VoLTE smartphone. Lava X50 features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with 720×1280 pixel resolution. Lava X50 comes with 2GB RAM and 8GB storage version is powered by 1.3 GHz MediaTek quad-core processor. Lava X50 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and has an upgrade to Android Marshmallow.

Lava X50 features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash. The rear video camera can playback video in Full HD (1080p) resolution. Other features of the camera are Face Beauty, Panorama Mode. The front camera is 5-megapixel with an LED flash as well.
