Spain terror accuseds family to move UNHRC

With no response to their fight to secure his release,the family of Jogeshwari resident Roshan Jamal Khan,who was arrested by Spanish authorities in Barcelona in connection with a suspected terror plot,is planning to approach the UN Human Rights Commission.

Khan is one of the 14 Muslims picked up by Spanish authorities from a mosque on January 19 in connection with an alleged terror plot to carry out attacks.

Four of them were released. Khan,who is being held along with nine Pakistanis,was in Spain to explore business opportunities,his family has said.
