Galaxy Surfactants fixes IPO price band

Galaxy Surfactants has fixed a price band of 325-340 rupees a share.

Galaxy Surfactants,the makers of surfactants and specialty chemicals,has fixed a price band of 325-340 rupees a share for its initial public offer to raise up to 2.01 billion rupees,a newspaper advertisement by the company said on Friday.

Motilal Oswal and Centrum Capital are the bankers to the issue,which opens on May 13.

The IPO will close on May 18 for qualified institutional bidders and on May 19 for retail and non-institutional bidders
