Calcutta HC Bar Association to vote to decide on boycott

The Bar Association has decided to go in for voting to decide about the boycott of the Chief Justice’s court over the issue of full court reference on condolence.

The chief justice had reportedly issued a directive that full court on condolence would be held at 4 pm instead of 3.30 pm when advocates passed away. Opposing the decision of the chief justice,the Bar Association decided on Tuesday to boycott the court of Chief Justice Mohit S Shah.
