I am missing my brother very much today he is unwell and could not attend this event. After working for 12 years, this is our first award. I thank Allah and Arbaaz (Khan) bhai and Abhinav Kashyap, our lyricists and everyone connected with this film. And above all,we must thank Salman (Khan) bhai, simply because he believed in us when no one else did. – Wajid

It feels great to start the year by winning the Screen Award. Niranjan Iyengars lyrics and the outstanding work by our singers gave this album a special sound. And it has always been special working with Karan Johar. Thank you,Screen. – Ehsaan Noorani
