The seventh phase of the Lok Sabha elections will be held on June 1 with voters in 57 parliamentary constituencies across eight states casting their ballot to elect the new government. The results will be declared on June 4, twelve days before the term of the current House expires.
The first phase on April 19 covered 102 constituencies across 21 states. The second phase took place on April 26 covering 89 constituencies in 13 states, followed by May 7 seats in 94 states on 12 states. In the fourth phase, 96 seats in 10 states voted on May 13. The fifth phase took place with 49 seats in 8 states on May 20, the sixth in 57 seats across 7 states on May 25, and the seventh in 57 seats across 8 states on June 1.
