In 2016, the Central government passed the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act but it took two years for the Delhi government to then notify rules which would help implement this Act. Disability rights activist Abha Khetarpal joins us to talk about why the city remains inaccessible to people with disabilities and what challenges lie ahead in implementing the new rules.
