US President Donald Trump on Sunday said he was giving Hamas what he called his “last warning” to accept a deal to free hostages held in Gaza.

“The Israelis have accepted my Terms. It is time for Hamas to accept as well,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform. “I have warned Hamas about the consequences of not accepting. This is my last warning, there will not be another one!”

Israel’s N12 News reported on Saturday that Trump has put forward a new ceasefire proposal.

According to the report, Hamas would release all 48 remaining hostages on the first day of a truce in exchange for thousands of Palestinian prisoners held in Israel. The deal would also include negotiations on ending the war during the ceasefire.

An Israeli official told Reuters that Israel was “seriously considering” Trump’s proposal but gave no further details.
