Trump’s former advisor Steve Bannon calls Elon Musk ‘racist’ and ‘truly evil’

In an interview with Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, excerpts of which were published in Breitbart News, Bannon criticised Musk’s approach toward some kind of immigration policies and vowed to ensure that Musk doesn’t end up with top-level access of White House.

“He is a truly evil guy, a very bad guy. I made it my personal thing to take this guy down. Before, because he put money in, I was prepared to tolerate it – I’m not prepared to tolerate it any more,” Bannon said.

Musk, who became one of the biggest cheerleaders of Republican leader Trump during the US presidential campaign, donated close to $270 million toward the campaign and was rewarded by the president-elect to lead a new department DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency), along with Vivek Ramaswamy.

“I will have Elon Musk run out of here by Inauguration Day (January 20). He will not have full access to the White House. He will be like any other person,” Bannon further added, reported The Guardian.

Musk recently supported the H1-B visa holders, which allows companies like X, SpaceX, Tesla etc to hire engineers and professionals from outside the US. The MAGA supporters have criticised it as they are opposed to nearly all forms of immigration.
