According to Toronto Pearson airport President and CEO Deborah Flint, at least 17 passengers were injured in Monday’s crash landing of Delta Air Lines. Flint added that 22 of the 76 passengers aboard the plane were Canadian.

“At this time, we do not know of any of those passengers having critical injuries,” Flint said. She also praised the heroics of the first responders, stating emergency workers at the airport “mounted a textbook response.”
