Indian-origin couple, twins found dead in US home; police suspect murder-suicide
San Mateo Police found the four people dead after eventually entering the house from an unlocked window, as reported by NBC.

An Indian-origin family of four was found dead inside their San Mateo home in the United States, with the police investigating it as a case of murder-suicide, New York Post reported.
According to a Fox KTVU report, former Meta engineer Anand Sujith Henry allegedly killed his 4-year-old twin boys in one of the bedrooms, and shot his wife Alice Benziger in a bathtub, before turning the gun on himself.
According to the police report, San Mateo Police officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Alameda de las Pulgas on the report of a welfare check. The cops entered the house through an unlocked window, after not receiving a response when they arrived, and found the four dead inside. The police searched the perimeter but could not find any sign of forced entry.
Earlier, the police report said the boys were found inside a bedroom and that the cause of their death was still being investigated. Sources with direct knowledge of the investigation said the police believe the boys were smothered, strangled or given a lethal overdose, as reported by NBC Bay Area.
The couple was found inside a bathroom with gunshot wounds and a 9-millimeter pistol and a loaded magazine were found in the bathroom, the police report said.
This appears to be an isolated incident with no danger to the public as the police are confident the person responsible was located within the home, according to the police report.
There was no note left at the scene, and at this point, the police do not have a motive, the NBC report said.
Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) of San Mateo Police department is currently investigating the case.
